EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
The product will only be exchanged if:
- It is of poor quality
- Dimensions are not standard
In order to be exchanged a product has to be:
- In the same condition as it was dispatched
- Returned with the original packing
- Should not be further damaged
- Returned with all the contents that were dispatched
Customer will bear the cost of sending back the package.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt.
During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
